Jetfire User Link Web Part¶

This Web Part displays a Jetfire download action, depending on whether the user is logged in or not. If not logged in, then the user is prompted to log in at the registration page. If logged in, then the user can access a file.

Access¶

The Web Part is accessed from the Jetfire Custom Web Parts Library.

Edit Properties¶

Properties include:

Not Logged-In Members
Logged-In Members
Workflow Names: Class name(s) for the workflows displayed in this Web Part
Login Class Name: Jetfire Class name for the Login user
Filter: Filter used to find workflows displayed in this Web Part
Success Message: message displayed when the logged-in user accesses a file
Display Type: How the download control is displayed, e.g. link, image.
Button CssClass: CssClass used for the download control.
Mouse-Over CssClass: CssClass used for the download control when user mouses over the control.
Table CssClass: CssClass for the table that information is displayed in.
SendEmail?: option whether an email is sent upon success.
To List: list of email addresses that the email is sent to.
Email Subject: Subject of the email.
Email Body: Body of the email. Note that '{0} has clicked the link on page {1}.' can be used, where '{0}' is the name of the logged-in user and '{1}' is the url of the file.
Prompt for From Address?: option whether a from address is prompted for.
From User Credentials: A valid email address required to send an email reliably every time that an email is sent.
From Password Credentials: A valid password required to send an email reliably every time that an email is sent.
